    COINBASE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

    The Department of Information Science and Engineering at HKBK College of Engineering hosted a 5-day Value Added Course on "Advanced Java" from July 11 to July 15, 2024. Led by industry experts Mr. Basavaraju and Ms. Chama Tiwari B from Cranes Varsity, the workshop aimed to equip students with essential Java skills. Participants began with software installations and a review of Java fundamentals, followed by an exploration of Java Swings, Collections, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Servlets. The course culminated in hands-on activities, fostering confidence and igniting a deeper interest in software development among students.

    To prepare students for industry demands, the Department of Information Science & Engineering conducted a 5-day Value Added Course on 'Mobile Application Development' with Cambridge InfoTech. Led by expert Mr. Karthik, the workshop commenced with a Java refresher and software setup. By day two, students created and deployed mini apps like calculators. Days three to five focused on Mobile App Development, providing students with hands-on experience in building and deploying diverse applications on mobile devices.
